Activity and mobility orders

out of bed
An activity order: the patient may be up out of bed, usually written with a limit such as "OOB to chair" or "OOB with assist".
How it gets tested
Activity orders are tested as a ladder — bed rest, then bathroom privileges, then out of bed, then ambulate. Items ask what a given order permits, and the distractors are the neighbouring rungs.
