Reading is the longest section by item count and it opens the exam. Almost nothing in it is nursing content — it is passages, charts, labels and instructions, and questions about what the text actually says versus what you assumed it said. The trap is speed: 45 items in 55 minutes is a little over a minute each, including the time it takes to read the passage.
