What this site is

NursingDoor provides free study material — practice questions, explanations, guides, and a dictionary of abbreviations — for nursing school entrance exams. Using the site means you accept these terms.

Not an official source

Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by ATI (Assessment Technologies Institute), Elsevier, or any nursing program. TEAS® and HESI® are trademarks of their respective owners. Practice questions here are original study material, not the official exams.

We name the TEAS and the HESI A2 to describe what our material prepares you for. That is all the reference is: we are not affiliated with the organizations that own those exams, we do not administer either exam, and nothing here is an official practice product.

Not medical advice

Some content describes anatomy, physiology and clinical terminology because those subjects appear on the exams. It is study material about how the body works and what words mean. It is not medical advice, it is not guidance for treating anyone, and it must not be used to make a decision about your own health or anyone else's. Speak to a qualified clinician for that.

Accuracy and currency

Exam formats, fees and policies are set by the exam owners and by individual nursing programs, and they change. Every guide on this site prints the source it was written from and the date that source was read. Where our page and the current source disagree, the source is right — verify anything that matters to your application directly with the program.

We work to keep the material accurate, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We make no claim about pass rates, score improvement, or admission, and we are not liable for exam results or admission decisions based on this site.

Intellectual property

The questions, explanations, guides, dictionary entries and design of this site are our original work. You may use them freely for personal study; republishing or redistributing the material as your own is not permitted.

We may update these terms as the site evolves; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
