A fall-risk score built from history of falls, secondary diagnosis, mobility aid, IV access, gait, and mental status. Higher totals mean higher risk.
How it gets tested
Paired with the Braden Scale in items because the two run in opposite directions — Morse high is bad, Braden low is bad.
