One thousand grams. Body weight is recorded in kilograms in clinical settings, using 1 kg ≈ 2.2 lb.

How it gets tested

Pounds-to-kilograms conversion is one of the most reliably tested calculations on both exams. Dividing by 2.2 must make the number smaller.
