ICU

intensive care unit

A unit for patients needing continuous monitoring and support. Variants name the population: CCU for coronary or critical care, NICU for neonatal, PICU for pediatric.

How it gets tested

The NICU/PICU distinction is the usual item — neonatal is newborns, pediatric is children.
